Processing Time
Every item is made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and handed off to USPS before it ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, new drops), processing may take a little longer we'll always keep you posted.
Shipping Method
We ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days once shipped
- Tracking included on every order, emailed as soon as your label is created
- Every shipment includes up to $100 of built-in USPS insurance
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. (Add a line here if you offer free shipping over a certain order amount let me know and I'll fold it in.)
Delivery Estimates
Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–10 business days (processing + transit), depending on your location relative to our shipping origin in California. USPS delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can occasionally run longer due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, but reach out right away if you catch a mistake, and we'll do what we can before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for several days, or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at thewildlfirewife@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it with USPS and make it right.

USPS Ground Advantage delivers to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses we're proud to ship to our fire and military families wherever you are.
